The average 2015 property tax rate in Spokane is $13.83 per $1,000 valuation, up 6 cents compared with last year’s rate, and 3 cents below the 2013 tax rate. The first-half payments are due April 30 and second-half payments are due Oct. The county sent out tax notices last month for 226,658 parcels. Tax rates, though, have been fairly level for the last three years, Hodgson says. Taxes for 2015 are based on the 2014 valuations.
